Here Is How to Qualify for the FreeSolar Guarantee!
To qualify for the FreeSolar Guarantee, the purchasing property must have the potential to host a rooftop solar system.
At the agent’s discretion, alternative scenarios may be available, including purchasing a lower priced property than the one being sold or combining the purchase with a new mortgage to qualify for the FreeSolar Guarantee.
All service fees are subject to applicable HST, which will be charged in addition to the state fees.
The Free Solar Guarantee becomes valid only upon the successful purchase of a property under a firm agreement with a confirmed closing date. It does not apply to any sale or property
